Internship Program
"I was fortunate to be able to spend some time at Joe and Jimmie Wolter's ranch this past spring. Though I knew I was learning better ways to handle and ride horses, I didn't recognize the full impact of what all Joe had taught me until I went back to work on my family's ranch. As someone who uses horses everyday in my work, the things I learned from Joe have proven invaluable. Every time I have ridden since my time at Joe's I am reminded of something he taught me, whether it be a better way to saddle a colt or how to help a more bothered horse let-down. In short, the time I spent at Joe Wolter's has made my job easier and my horses better."
