The learning continues... One Friend to Another Working together, learning, laughing, sharing, and reaching a goal or getting a job done - isn't that what we all need! What Some Folks Are Sayin'
Joe,
I was at your clinic last Friday and Saturday (March 23 and 24) at Shamus Haws' place in Erda, Utah. Just wanted to say thank you, I learned a lot. Of course your horsemanship skills are superb but I wanted to comment on your teaching and people skills which are also superb. I was the one of the last to arrive Friday morning. You already knew everyone by name and introduced me to everyone there. We all had name tags that first day but you learned everyone's name and used their names. You were never condescending or rude. I'm sure you were tempted to say to me or maybe some of the others: "You idiot, I just showed you how. Why don't you do it the way I showed you." But you were patient and polite. Again, thank you. I look forward to riding with you again some time.
